The Camera: Nikon D80

The Nikon D80 is the first ever DSLR that I have ever used seriously.  In the past, I have used several different models of Canon’s, but I eventually settled on this Camera the day I first got to use one.  Without trying to sound like I’m trying to review or sell this body off, this was by far the best DSLR that I could afford at the time, and I’m ever so glad that it’s part of my photography equipment.

The Lenses…

Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm 1:1.4 D

The best lens in my kit!  This lens barely sees itself off of the D80’s body as I always seem to be using it over the other lenses that I own.  It’s perfect for portriats and excels in just about everything else I use it for.  The majority of my photography seems to be done through this lens and I simply cannot get enough of it.  The clarity, the Depth of Field that this lens brings to the table.  It’s absolutely brilliant and I highly suggest getting one of these if you don’t already own one.
